Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance. Sessions are available by phone or in person.

Food changes everything. As your daily diet changes, your body changes and your happiness improves. Imagine what your life would be like if you had clear thinking, energy and excitement every day.

Your program will vary according to your goals and we will tailor it together to meet your needs.  A typical program includes:

  • Two, 50-minute sessions per month
  • E-mail support between sessions
  • CDs, handouts and other materials
  • Food samples and self-care products
  • A monthly newsletter
  • Access to a lending library of health and wellness books
  • Special discounts on bodywork treatments

Group Programs



Health Coaching is available for groups of two or more, and can be tailored to the needs and goals of group members.  Coaching with a partner or in a group offers the added support of one or more buddies.  Extra incentive to succeed!

  • Paired coaching: you and a partner (friend, family member, co-worker)
  • Family coaching
  • Small group:  3-6 people (friends, co-workers, community-based group)

Contact me to set up a group near you.  Group sessions typically take place by phone, so they are convenient for all participants.  Lunch hour sessions are offered for workplace groups.
