What is Qigong?



With roots in Buddhist and Taoist philosophy and traditional Chinese medicine, Qigong is a unique system of energy cultivation incorporating both matter and spirit to achieve an innate balance of life force energy. It is an effective way to absorb core energy from the universe to fight disease and improve health.

What Is Pan Gu Shengong?



Pan Gu Shengong is a system of Qigong exercises, consisting of a Moving Form, a Nonmoving (meditation) Form and an Advanced (condensed) Form.

Also known as Heaven, Earth, Sun and Moon Qigong, Pan Gu Shengong was developed by Master Ou Wen Wei.  Its fundamental philosophy and practice are rooted in kindness and benevolence.  Designed to efficiently absorb the essence of Qi (vital energy) from the universe, Pan Gu Shengong strengthens and empowers the immune system and life force energy, promoting:

How do I learn Pan Gu Shengong?



I teach the First Level Moving Form, which is the foundation of Pan Gu Shengong and a powerful practice unto itself.  It is a complete, self-contained system for health and well-being.

The Moving Form of Pan Gu Shengong can be learned in one session, after which you can practice it every day, almost anywhere.  Just twenty to forty minutes a day can yield profound benefits. 

Pan Gu Shengong can be taught individually or in small groups.  Individual qigong sessions take place in lower Manhattan.  I am also available to teach group classes at your home or office. 

Students at all levels are invited to attend monthly practice sessions with the NYC Pan Gu Shengong community. Advanced training is available through Master Ou Wen Wei.
