TLS Weight Loss Solution

I offer group or individual programs in weight and health management using the TLS Weight Loss Solution (formerly called Transitions Lifestyle System), an extensive plan that covers everything you'll need to get fit and trim, not just a set of foods you can or cannot eat. In fact, a big part of the Transitions Lifestyle System is helping you make healthy choices while still eating a normal, diverse diet!

TLS Weight Loss Solution is a comprehensive lifestyle system designed to help you achieve your weight loss goals and be healthy.  TLS provides a total-system approach that promotes healthy food choices, behavior modification and menu plans. The confidential group setting provides additional support and motivation to make successful and sustainable life changes that promote ongoing good health. 

I am so thankful to have the Transitions Lifestyle System in my life.  Before doing the program, I had heart problems, shortness of breath, and very little energy. Enjoy a variety of foods with customized weekly menu plans and recipes.  Learn strategies for healthy shopping and eating out.

Build lean muscle mass, trim inches and slim down with the customized exercise planner. It doesn't matter if you don't have the right equipment or where you are (the gym, home or office)-- we will find some kind of movement you enjoy doing!

Stress is an important factor in overall health.  We cover helpful ways to reduce stress and your body's response to stress.

Behavior Modification
The TLS Program offers a wide variety of tools, including a 12-Week Support Program, Lifestyle DVDs, Daily Journal and more, to help you learn how to stay healthy even after you've lost those pounds!
